University-Edelen

A historic district near University Avenue and Edelen Avenue, cut from the Mason Tract in 1880 into small subdivisions that all predate 1900.

In September 1880 this part of the Mason Tract was divided into five parcels of 6.75 to 10 acres, then into smaller subdivisions, among them the Miles/Edelen subdivision known as the Vineyard Lots.
