About The Bywater
The Bywater is a neighborhood bar and eatery in Los Gatos inspired by the food, drink, and music of New Orleans. Founded by Andrew Burnham and chef David Kinch of three-Michelin star Manresa, the restaurant serves classic Cajun and Creole dishes including po’boys and BBQ, along with cocktails like sazeracs and hurricanes, using quality local California ingredients.
